Apprenticeship

 

H&H Apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity for individuals to gain valuable skills and knowledge in the field of family care education. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, apprentices can develop a strong foundation in providing compassionate and effective support to families in need

Skills & Acquisition

H&H Skills and Acquisition, we are dedicated to empowering women through comprehensive support and education in care services. Our mission is to equip women with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the caregiving industry, fostering their personal growth and professional development.

COMMUNITY CONNECT

Community Connect is a weekly virtual program provided by H & H Family Care Support Service in collaboration with NHSP (From Blues to Sunshine Project).

This program will empower participants through social and recreational activities and offers socialization, community connection, and mental health coping techniques to help reduce day-to-day stressors. In addition, participants will learn basic social media skills to help with communication and connecting with loved ones, mindfulness, and the use of personal protective equipment.

Blues to Sunshine

The Blues to Sunshine program aims to promote socialization among women and new mothers by engaging them in several activities that target physical and mental health as ways to deter isolation and establish healthy engagement.

This is a community-based program to support new mothers and provide information and services created to make life a little easier. We appreciate all you do and we are here to help.

Information section– We have a broad selection of referrals we can provide to new mothers that don’t know where to gather support services.
